وی در ادامه اضافه کرد: جهت آگاهی شهروندان عزیز بیان داشتند طبق مصوبه کمیسیون نظارت شهرستان و مرکز استان مقرر گردیده حق کمیسیون بنگاه‌های املاک در قبال مبایعه نامه های واقع شده از هریک از طرفین معامله معادل 0/25 (بیست و پنج صدم درصد) ارزش معامله بوده و مبلغ بیش از آن مصداق گرانفروشی می باشد و شهروندان می توانند در صورت مشاهده تخلف با سامانه های 124اداره صمت و135تعزیرات حکومتی تخلف را گزارش نمایند.
